Fluxà Ibiza is proud to be a true artisan in the production of liqueurs and jams. We value our Artisan Cards immensely, as it is essential for us that the product we produce on our farm, with our own hands and from the products we grow, is recognized and has an official distinguishing mark that sets it apart from those produced industrially.

Our brand has two distinctive lines of production. First, there are our artisan liqueurs: Las Hierbas Ibicencas and Las Hierbas de la Abuela, almond liqueur, fig liqueur, and coffee Caleta, all of them distilled in our distillery. Joan officially obtained the Artisan Liqueur Maker's Card in 2016, although we started making our artisan liqueurs much earlier.

Las Hierbas Ibicencas are distilled in our traditional distillery equipped with a copper still. On the other hand, Las Hierbas de la Abuela are macerated for months in vats, while the almond liqueur, the fig liqueur, and the coffee Caleta represent Joan's star recipes that are sold in our shop and at the market stalls. These recipes are kept alive and evolve over the years, as Joan improves them constantly.
